Jennifer Kane founded Rhizophora Solutions in 2026, building on more than 15 years providing technical leadership and partnering with non-profit organizations, philanthropies, governments, businesses, and impact funds on biodiversity conservation, climate adaptation, and other human development goals. Prior to her current role as an independent consultant, Jennifer served as a senior environment advisor in the U.S. Government, and co-wrote and co-led development of the 2024 USAID Biodiversity Policy, which guided a US$350 million (annual) global biodiversity conservation portfolio and biodiversity mainstreaming across USAID’s entire US$20+ billion (annual) portfolio. A skilled listener, creative thinker, and adept connector of ideas and people, Jennifer and her collaborators meet you where you are to develop inclusive impact- and evidence-driven solutions for acting on nature, climate, and ocean opportunities that advance your organization’s goals.
